Single-serving white tea made from old Bulangshan leaves, with added Huang Pian (yellow leaves) and tea cuttings for flavor. Harvested and fermented in 2023, pressed in 2024.
Flavor profile: pear, citrus zest, leafy notes, raspberry, honey, and spices. In the aftertaste, there’s sweetness that particularly stands out in later infusions due to the inclusion of yellow leaves in the cake. No sour or herbaceous notes detected.
One cake is enough for a liter of tea, not afraid of boiling water or brewing methods—equally good everywhere!
It doesn’t energize; rather, it lowers stress and relaxes. Ideal for evenings or weekends.
Portions are hand-pressed, and the weight of one cake can vary from 4 to 6 grams.
