Taiwanese high-mountain oolong from the Nantou gardens. The roast is moderate, closer to medium. Approximate GABA content is 150 mg per 100 grams.
Profile: apple strudel, cranberry, honey, wood, vanilla, spices, mineral notes. The tea evolves with each steeping. If you let it steep a bit longer, you can easily catch a velvety, oily oolong note, reminiscent of clover or orchid juice! In the aftertaste, there’s apple acidity and subtle sweetness. It is consumed leisurely; for a liter, take 7 grams of tea with boiling water.
Good for both day and evening, noticeably relaxing, warming, and simultaneously focusing. Nothing more to add, just brew it and enjoy :)
