This is a premium farmer’s choice Shu Pu-erh made from Gong Ting material — buds and leaves, with no debris. The raw material comes from Yun De County, harvested and fermented in 2020.
Flavor profile: walnut, caramel, dark chocolate, cinnamon, and fir. It’s been dry-stored, so there’s no smoke or moisture in the profile.
The aftertaste has a spicy sweetness and a hint of acidity. It’s not bitter; bitter Pu-erh isn’t our thing.
7−10 grams of Gong Ting is enough to make a liter of rich Shu! It brews quickly into an inky infusion, wakes you up fast, and gets your mind and plans for the day going quickly. It energizes the brain without causing jitters, even if you drink a lot.
