White tea made from selected Fuzhou buds. The variety is also called "silver needles with white fuzz" because the tea leaves are covered in silvery down, and after drying, the buds resemble bent needles.
Profile: honey, wildflowers, apricot, citrus, red currant, melon, and various spices. The tea plays with flavor notes and shimmers in the mouth, each time you can find something new in it, so don’t be afraid to experiment with brewing methods and steeping time. The aftertaste is long and rich; for example, you can find fruity acidity in it, or you can find floral sweetness.
The state is very subtle, the feeling that you are somehow here, and at the same time, not really here, as if you are flying somewhere in the clouds and rejoicing in what exists in this world. After the ceremony, you feel like lying down and not thinking at all, just observing. I’ll go and pour myself another cup of Baihao!
